Nastasha Brigitte Kuan is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Philippines. She currently works on the scale-up implementation of the mEducation program and the Teaching at the Right Level program. Previously, she worked on the Philippines Socioeconomic Panel Survey and the Higher Education sub-study project.
