Mushibwe serves as Field Manager at IPA Zambia. She has three years of experience supporting research work on nutrition, education, maternal health, agriculture, WASH, and economic empowerment. She is also dedicated to ensuring high-quality data and research work on reducing poverty, empowering and improving the lives of women, girls, and underserved communities. Mushibwe holds a BSc in Mathematics from Copperbelt University and has certificates in Data Quality and M&E fundamentals from the Global Health e-Learning Centre.
