Mubarik Yakubu is a Research Manager and Data Protection Officer at IPA Nigeria. Since joining IPA in 2012, he has contributed to numerous projects, including Incentives to Save for Habit Formation, Graduating the Ultra Poor, Improving Early Childhood Learning Through Play-Schemes, Managing Exits from Armed Conflicts, and Health-Seeking Behaviours. He holds an MSc in Development Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Mubarik currently oversees a portfolio of research projects in Nigeria and supports the Airband Initiative across West Africa.
