Mooya is a Human Resource professional with over nine years of experience in government and private sector HR practices. Prior to working for IPA, she was the Operations Manager at Decums Solutions. She graduated from the University of Lusaka and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZHIRM).
