Mohamed Shahid Conteh is a Field Manager at IPA Sierra Leone. He is currently working for the Elections and Social Incentives for Childhood Immunization projects. His role involves staff recruitment and training, logistics management, data collection oversight, and budget preparation. He has worked with IPA, Statistics Sierra Leone, CESPA, and IRC as a part-time field staff from 2012 to 2022 on multiple projects. He also worked as a Research Assistant on the RECAP and ASSET projects (2018–2021) at the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at ACF, Moyamba (2014–2015). Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Sociology from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
