Michael supports IPA communications products that “translate” academic research into easy-to-understand language for a policy and practitioner audience. He has experience in qualitative research methods, policy writing and analysis, and multimedia production. His career interest is in the investment in social sector programs to catalyze equitable economic growth. Michael holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Michigan and an MA in Latin American and Hemispheric Studies from George Washington University.
