Mervin Kadzuwa is a Research Associate at IPA Malawi, currently working on a randomized controlled trial titled, "Empowering Communities: Evaluating the FCAP Community-Driven Development Program in Malawi." He has extensive professional experience in research and field-based program implementation, having served as a Research Associate at the Institute for Policy and Opinion Research, an M&E Officer at Spark MicroGrants Malawi and Save the Children, gaining expertise in survey implementation, field supervision, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Malawi and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Lilongwe University.
