Mercedes Sidders is the Senior Policy Manager in Scaling at IPA, where she supports the implementation of the organization's strategy to scale up evidence-based programs. With a diverse background in both the public and private sectors in Argentina and abroad, her previous roles include founding the Abrazar non-profit to prevent and detect early childhood violence, as well as working at Save the Children, UNICEF USA, BCG South Africa, the Office of the President and Chief of Staff of Argentina, and the Buenos Aires City Ministry of Education. She holds an MPA in International Development from Harvard University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
