Maxine Tong is a Research Associate supporting projects in the fields of financial inclusion and preventing violent extremism. She is currently working on an impact evaluation of the Secured Transaction Reform in Fiji. Previously, she supported IPA's government partners in the digitization of cash transfer programs and in promoting financial inclusion. Prior to joining IPA, she worked in the private sector in the data and finance industries. She holds a BS in Applied Economics from De La Salle University.
