Martin is a Research Associate at IPA Uganda with over nine years of field management experience in research and data collection. He is also experienced in data cleaning and analysis, stakeholder relationship management, team training, evaluations, people management, and report writing. Skilled in SurveyCTO programming, ODK, STATA, SPSS, he progressed from a Data Entrant, Enumerator, Team Leader, and Field Manager to his current role as a Research Associate.
