Martha is a professional with experience in Project Management, Research, and Monitor and Evaluation (M&E) across the private, public and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining IPA, Martha worked in the federal government as an M&E Director where she designed and monitored indicators for the Criminal Justice Unit in the Ministry of Interior. Martha holds an MA in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE).
