Mariana is a Research Analyst in the IPA Colombia office. In this role, she supports projects related to migration and gender. Prior to joining IPA, Mariana was an intern at the OECD Development Centre in Paris, where she contributed to the elaboration of the Latin American Economic Outlook and the Multi-dimensional review of the Dominican Republic. She has also conducted research on learning inequalities in Colombia with professors at Universidad de Los Andes. Mariana holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Government and Public Affairs from Universidad de Los Andes.
