Lourdes is an Associate Research Manager at IPA Mexico, supervising operational models to increase alternative justice resolutions by state-level prosecutors. She has served as a public servant and independent expert for national and international organizations, focusing on public policy, justice, gender-based violence, and governance. Her collaborations include the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, programs funded by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in Mexico, and the U.S. Agency for International Development in the Dominican Republic. Lourdes holds a Master's in Social Sciences and a Bachelor's in Criminology from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.
