Maria Hernandez-de-Benito is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alicante and is the coordinator of the Measures for Advancing Gender Equality (MAGNET) initiative. Her research has focuses on intra-household dynamics, effects of crime, women's property rights, youth employment, the analysis of development project impacts, and improving the measurement of gender outcomes.
