Maddalena Honorati's evaluation work is focused on youth employment programs and their effectiveness in developing countries as well as in the area of cash transfers and public works. Before joining the HD network in 2009, Maddalena worked on firm productivity, informality and the impact of investment climate regulations on firm performance in the WB Development Research Group. She holds a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University and an M.Sc. from Pompeu Fabra University.
