Luisa is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia. In this role, she coordinates projects related to education and crime. Prior to joining IPA, Luisa worked at the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE), supporting monetary and multidimensional poverty measurements in Colombia. Luisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes and is currently pursuing an MSc in Economics from the same university.
