Felipe is the Financial Reporting Officer for IPA's Global Finance team. Felipe has 15 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis and accounting. He previously worked with USAID Colombia and has over 12 years of experience at the U.S. Embassy, with a background in financial management in international organizations. He holds a BA in accounting from Universidad de Cartagena.
