Louise Manalo is a Research Associate for IPA Philippines, working on the AgriBOOST Study in Butuan. Prior to joining IPA, she worked for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on a renewable energy initiative. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Central European University and an MBA from Lynn University.
