Lina Junguito began her professional career in field roles in 2010, joined IPA as a field consultant in 2019, and currently has the role of Field Manager. In her current position, she coordinates, supervises, leads, organizes, and verifies compliance with the quality and safety standards established for data collection with the projects' field team. In addition, she helps keep processes standardized before, during, and after projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in the implementation of IPA Colombia initiatives. Currently, she studies Human Talent Management at the University Foundation of the Andean Region.
