Lia is a Policy and Project Development Associate at IPA Philippines, with a focus on Education. Prior to joining IPA, she provided policy research and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support at the Department of Education, working with various units to strengthen M&E systems and inform the design and implementation of education programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
