Lauren is the HR Generalist for IPA's Global Human Resources team, supporting HR functions within IPA's countries. She previously served as Senior HR Coordinator at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) for 2.5 years, serving staff globally. Prior to her HR career, Lauren graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Psychology, with a focus on Childhood Development and a minor in Family Science.
