Kyla Levin-Russell provides oversight and support to IPA’s projects and programs in Latin America, as well as leads IPA’s sector working group in agriculture, IPA’s policy initiative "One Project at a Time," and the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Program.  Prior to joining IPA, she worked on research and policy related to gender-based violence in New York City, and in documentary film, exploring immigration issues and human rights along the U.S./Mexico border.  Kyla has a MA in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a BA in Women’s Studies and Hispanic Studies from Vassar College.
