Kristine Koutout is the Director at the Golub Capital Social Impact Lab. Kristine completed her PhD in economics at Vanderbilt University in 2021, specializing in labor, behavioral, and experimental economics. Her dissertation studying beliefs and gender in the labor market was supported by the National Science Foundation and the Russell Sage Foundation. In addition to her experience designing and implementing field and online experiments, Kristine has six years of experience in business processes from her career prior to completing a PhD. She oversees and supports the research in the lab.
