Kenneth Okoineme is a Policy Manager for IPA Nigeria, leading efforts to translate evidence into policy and strengthen government partnerships to advance IPA's policy agenda. He also leads the IPA Social Protection Graduation Model and Scaling Access and Learning in Education (SCALE) Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) work in Nigeria. He has over 15 years of experience advancing policy reform and institutionalizing evidence-based programs across various sectors. Kenneth holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Abuja, a Postgraduate Certificate in Democratic Elections from the University of South Africa, and is pursuing an MBA at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
