Kelvin is the lead Operations Coordinator of IPA Sierra Leone who supports the Country Office Administration, Human Resource Management, and Procurement. He joined IPA in 2014 and has since worked closely with the Finance department and country directors. Prior to joining IPA, he was a teacher at Huntingdon Junior Secondary School and a consultant at B&C Services Consulting. He received his MBA in Human Resource Management from Njala University and a BSc. Economics from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
