Kelly works as the Research and Operations Manager of IPA Peru and Out-of-Country Office Projects in Latin America & the Caribbean. She is responsible for overseeing the research staff activities and coordinating with the country directors and program managers to ensure high-quality research procedures and protocols in all research projects. She also provides support to the country office's procurement, HR, and finance team. Kelly held several positions within IPA Peru including Associate Research Manager, Research Associate, and Research Analyst. She holds a BA in Economics majoring in Public Economics from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Peru.
