Katherine Mair is a Research Analyst for IPA Colombia, where she supports impact evaluation and research projects in the Colombia office. Previously, she served as a Teaching Assistant for Economic History at Universidad de los Andes and completed an internship at IPA, gaining experience in research support and data analysis. She holds a BA in Government and Public Affairs and a BA in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
