Karol is a Research Analyst for the IPA Colombia office. In this role, she supports data collection, management, and analysis for impact evaluations and applied research projects in education and migration. Prior to joining IPA, she worked at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, where she contributed to fiscal data analysis and the development of technical inputs for public policy design. She has international experience through a cultural exchange program in the United States, where she strengthened her analytical skills. She has also supported student leadership initiatives and provided academic support in quantitative subjects. Karol holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
