Karen is a Data Specialist for IPA's Global Research & Data Support team. In this role, she works on quality in data collection. Previously, she supported IPA Colombia's projects on administrative data, social cohesion among children, education quality, and social inclusion for migrant women. Before joining IPA, she worked in the public sector as a consultant, researcher, and CFO at private organizations. Karen holds a BA in Accounting from Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander and an MSc in Economics from Universidad del Norte.
