Julius is a Research Associate at IPA Uganda, working on the REBUILD Project with the International Rescue Committee and IKEA Foundation. The project assesses the impact of the "Refugees in East Africa: Boosting Urban Innovations for Livelihoods Development" program, which aims to help refugees and vulnerable host residents achieve economic self-reliance and benefit from improved urban environments. Previously, he managed several projects as Associate Field Manager and Field Manager at IPA. Julius holds a Bachelor of Arts In Economics from Makerere University.
