Juan Guillermo leads projects in the education, early childhood, migration and crime portfolios. Prior to IPA, Juan Guillermo held positions in USAID's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity in Colombia, the Department for Social Prosperity, CEDE of the Universidad de los Andes, and Fedesarrollo. He has consulted with the World Bank on projects in different countries in Latin America and Europe. Juan holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cantabria and an MS in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
