Juan Guillermo has worked in the design, implementation, and evaluation of social programs related to poverty, education, infrastructure, and youth, among other topics. Prior to IPA, Juan Guillermo held positions in USAID's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity in Colombia, the Department for Social Prosperity, CEDE of the Los Andes University, and Fedesarrollo. In addition, he has consulted with the World Bank on projects in different countries in Latin America and Europe. He holds an MS in Economics from the Los Andes University and is a PhD candidate in Economics from the University of Cantabria.
