Juan Felipe is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia. In this role, he works on research projects focused on understanding and reducing organized crime in Medellín. Previously, as Senior Field Manager, he coordinated data collection for multiple IPA projects. Before joining IPA, he worked as a social worker and researcher for the Medellín Mayor’s Office in the area of crime prevention. Juan Felipe holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Universidad EAFIT and an undergraduate degree in Commercial and Marketing Administration from Institución Universitaria Esumer.
