Juan Felipe Martínez works as a Senior Research Associate in a research project focused on understanding and reducing organized crime in Medellín. Previously, he worked as an Urban Conflict Researcher for the Mayor's Office of Medellín. It has accompanied different social processes with various types of vulnerable populations, including former gang members and demobilized armed groups. He holds a Master's Degree in Government and Public Policies from EAFIT University and is a Commercial and Marketing Administrator from the Esumer University Institution
