Joshua is an Assistant Field Manager for IPA Ghana, working on a project in the Northern region (Mion). He is also a professional teacher with expertise in biological science. He holds a Diploma in Basic Education and Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED).
