Joseph Millward is a senior researcher with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communications Programs. Mr. Millward also works as a consultant with the World Bank. Mr. Millward's background and current work center around health economics and social and behavior sciences, with particular focus on Malaria, child and maternal nutrition, WASH, and family planning.
