Joseph is a Policy Associate at IPA Uganda. He is passionate about advancing evidence in decision and policy making. Joseph is currently supporting PlayMatters Project which aims at advancing play based learning into educational policies and practice. He is also working on EdLab Uganda Project which is developing an embedded lab to map, synthesize, analyze and share data for policy and decision making in Uganda's education sector. Prior to this role, he was a field manager. Joseph holds a post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a MS in Human Recourse and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
