Joseph is a Policy Associate at IPA Uganda. He is passionate about advancing evidence in policy and decision-making. Joseph is currently supporting the PlayMatters Project which aims to advance play-based learning into educational policies and practice. He is also supporting the development of an Education Embedded Evidence Lab (Ed Lab) to map, synthesize, analyze, and share data for policy and decision-making in Uganda's education sector. Prior to this role, he was a field manager. Joseph holds a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, a MS in Human Recourse, and a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
