Jose is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia. In his role, he coordinates projects related to financial inclusion, migration, social protection, gender, and early childhood. Previously, he worked as a Public Policy Specialist at the Secretary of Security of Bogotá and as a Quantitative Consultant and Survey Data Specialist at Panagora Group (USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity in Colombia). Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
