John Ototo is a Research Associate at IPA Kenya, overseeing the day-to-day research operations. Prior to this role, he previously served as an Associate Field Manager for Universal Basic Income and Trade Barriers projects and as a Field Manager for Kenya Youth Employment. John holds a BA in Applied Statistics with IT from Maseno University and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation.
