Jeq Segarra is a Research Associate working on the Interoperable Payments Systems research project in the Philippines. Prior joining IPA, she worked as a Research Associate for the Philippine Creative Industries in the Department of Trade and Industry. Jeq holds a Master's Degree in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics.
