Jeq Segarra is a Senior Research Associate for IPA Philippines. She has worked on financial inclusion projects such as the Interoperability Project and the Consumer Protection Research Initiative. Jeq holds a Master's Degree in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics.
