Jennifer is a Senior Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships at IPA, working to advance unrestricted and infrastructure fundraising with individuals and institutions. She has a wealth of experience in partnerships and project management. Her background combines management consulting, fundraising, and international development. She is passionate about resource mobilization and helping partners improve and scale impact. Before joining IPA, she worked as a public sector consultant focused on problem-solving and change management. She is also an experienced fundraising professional. She holds an M.P.A. in Development Practice from Columbia University and a B.S. in International Business from Chapman University.
