Javier Henao is a Program Coordinator for IPA's Peace & Recovery Program, where he supports the development and management of research initiatives. Prior to joining IPA, he worked with humanitarian and international development organizations, contributing to programs and research aimed at reducing inequalities and promoting sustainable development and human rights. He holds a BA in Political Science with a focus on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, as well as a postgraduate specialization in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
