James is a certified expert in strategic management and leadership and holds a degree in Information and Communication Technology management from Maseno University. He has more than nine years of experience in project management, digital technology, learning and development, operational strategic design, and influencing team dynamics through coaching and mentoring. James has had the opportunity to work on large and complex development projects, including USAID's Generation Kenya project, the International Labour Organization's PROSPECTS project in Turkana, and the International Trade Center's initiatives in the Dadaab refugee camp.
