James is a Program Coordinator in our Peace and Recovery Program, assigned to the new Rule of Law Initiative focused on civilian justice and security. In the past, he interned at the World Justice Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the rule of law internationally. He obtained his BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs with a minor in Russian from Occidental College in 2023.
