James is a Program Coordinator for IPA's Peace & Recovery Program, assigned to the new Rule of Law Initiative focused on civilian justice and security. In the past, he interned at the World Justice Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the rule of law internationally. He obtained his BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs with a minor in Russian from Occidental College in 2023.
