Ivan is a Research Associate at IPA Uganda, currently working on the UGPass Take Up Study. The project explores SMEs' willingness to pay for digital identification to mitigate business fraud. He is also supporting the Coffee Study, examining how market organization in the Rwenzori region impacts the quality of coffee. With over six years of experience in research, he has managed several projects, including randomized controlled trials (RCTs), in roles such as Associate Field Manager, Field Manager, and now Research Associate. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Anthropology from Makerere University and a PGD in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
