Ishita (Ishi) Ghai is a Ph.D. student at the RAND School of Public Policy and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. Over the last ten years, she has worked on a variety of projects focused on health behaviors, as well as education in low and middle income countries (LMICs) spanning Africa and southeast Asia.
