Henry Chukwu is the Associate Director of Policy at IPA Nigeria, where he leads the organization’s policy strategy across priority sectors. He brings over a decade of experience in the financial sector, with a cross-functional background spanning policy advocacy, systems strengthening, banking, fintech, microfinance, program management, and operational strategy. Before joining IPA, Henry worked with Enhancing Financial Innovation & Access (EFInA), a financial sector development organization dedicated to promoting financial inclusion in Nigeria. He holds an MBA in Operations Management from Assam Don Bosco University, India, and a B.Sc. from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
