Henri Joël Tano is a Field Manager at IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He has extensive experience in field staff management, ECD data collection, and urban and rural surveys in Côte d'Ivoire. He currently oversees all operational plans for the Global Scale for Early Development - GSED project data collection at IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He effectively supports the logistics, human resources, and finance for the recruitment and payment of consultants - providers. He enjoys working on a team to achieve specific goals as well as working independently.
