Heidi supports grant financial management, planning, and invoicing and reporting through IPA's network.  Prior to joining IPA, Heidi was the Senior Operations Officer/Budget Manager for the Open Society Foundation's Public Health Program. Her experience also includes working for Helen Keller International and she has worked in both Somalia and Iraq on USAID/State Department development projects. She has an MPA in Public Administration/Public Finance from Brigham Young University and a BA in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
