Before joining IPA as a Senior Policy Manager, Hanane worked at Muso, a global health organization focused on strengthening national health systems through scaling evidence-based community health strategies. She provided technical assistance to the Government of Côte d'Ivoire on national health priorities, and led Muso's establishment in Zambia, where she served in an embedded role within the Ministry of Health. She later joined the development team as Institutional Partnerships Manager, mobilizing funding from multilateral, bilateral, and philanthropic donors. Earlier, she co-founded a health-tech enterprise in Kenya and served as Chief Medical Officer. Hanane holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar.
