Guillermo Monzón Jiménez

Senior Research Associate

Guillermo is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Peru, where he has participated in the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational and socioemotional projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. He currently leads the evaluation of the ENUMA project in Nicaragua, which aims to assess the impact of Differentiated Instruction (DI) through digital tools to improve math learning outcomes for primary school students. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Callao (UNAC). He has experience in public sector management and has been involved in impact evaluation projects focused on generating rigorous evidence to address social inequalities.
