Gilbert is a Field Manager for IPA Rwanda, overseeing field operations for a research project evaluating a loan program for exporters and value chain actors, led by researchers from Harvard Kennedy School, Yale University, the International Growth Centre, and Université Libre de Bruxelles. The project, in collaboration with the Development Bank of Rwanda, explores financial constraints to exporting through targeted firm outreach. He has over six years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, and field operations across the agriculture, health, education, infrastructure, and WASH sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Rwanda.
